Cole was playing some of the best football of his career: a total of 24 goals followed by the Premiership, FA Cup and European Cup winners medals, capped a brilliant season for Andy and United.

Andy's highlight was the hat-trick he scored against Anderlecht, which saw him overtake Denis Law as United's all-time top scorer in the European Cup (14) and he currently still holds the record with 19 goals.

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Andy Cole (James Andrew Cole), who was born in Georgia on November 24, 1947 but lived his adult life in Alabama and passed away to his home in Glory on July 22, 2005 at the age of 57.
He was married to Judy Lane Cole on April 25, 1998.
It was obvious that he and Judy (whom he called "Jacee") had found their soulmates in each other.
