Andy Sisco, LHP- “Big Unit” comparisons aside, this is a big time prospect.
Luis Montanez, SS- I feel he is too high on list (I pick on Luis the way most folks pick on Hill).
Too early to say how he will turn out, but Cubs hope for an Andy Marte-type break out (Braves system) as he comes out of instructional league and starts in Boise.

This is the guy that forced me to question the Cubs, and who I said "should be the top choice in the [Rule 5] draft." Or better yet...
Andy Sisco was chosen in the Rule 5 draft, and given a chance to make the Major League team.
And those numbers are his last seven appearances, since Opening Day when the reliever behind him allowed Andy's baserunners to score.
