		According to the Hollywood Reporter, Larry and Andy Wachowski (Matrix Trilogy) have signed on to direct the upcoming live-action version of Speed Racer for Warner Bros..
		The movie will feature other characters from the show, including Speed's family and his mysterious archrival, Racer X. The Wachowski brothers are writing as well as directing the film, which will be produced by Joel Silver.
		And it'll be nice to see an "approach we've never seen before." We'll see if they can pull if off since their vehicle chase in Matrix 2 felt outdone by the one I saw in Terminator 3 (with the crane plowing Arnold through buildings).
