Angel (TV series) plot summary - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Doyle explains to Angel that he experiences visions from the Powers That Be (also referred to as "The PTBs") of people who are in danger or in trouble and that 'The Powers' have sent him as a messenger on their behalf so that Angel can investigate these visions.
Angel eventually tracks them down and is about to kill Cordelia when she gives birth to an adult woman named Jasmine, and then slips into a coma.
Angel hurriedly explains that the entire deal is a ploy — Cordelia's kiss had given him a vision alerting him to the Circle's existence, and he had decided to use Fred's seemingly meaningless death as a means to gain the Black Thorn's trust.

 Charity's Place.com
Angel and his associates have taken into their keeping Winfred (Amy Arker), a young woman who spent most of her childhood imprisoned in a second dimension as a slave.
When occupying Angel's body, he makes suggestive remarks to all the girls in the agency and cavorts with a woman on a desk (they tear at one another's clothes; before they can go too far, his vampire instinct kicks in and he bites her).
Angel and Cordelia enter a room flooded with sexual chemistry and begin to reenact a love story that took place a hundred years before: they engage in passionate kissing, making out on the couch, and sexual dialogue.

Angel, who originally built his fan base when he appeared on Buffy The Vampire Slayer, before spinning off to his own successful TV show, is a man in conflict.
Angel is forced to take a stand, and the resulting conflict may well doom any hope Angel has of ever reversing the curse.

Angel (TV series) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Angel is a spin-off from the American television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
As the series progressed, the creators were able to explore darker aspects of the characters, particularly Angel, who commits a number of morally questionable actions, and periodically reverts to his evil persona Angelus.
Angel rescued her and brought her back to L.A. Connor (Vincent Kartheiser) (Season 4, recurring before and afterwards) - Connor is born in Los Angeles, California, a "miracle" human child of two vampires, Angel and Darla.

 Review: Angel: The Curse #1
As a huge fan of the Angel television series, I was ecstatic when I learned that IDW would be continuing his adventures beyond the television series.
Angel: The Curse #1 falls into the same trap that most comics based upon licensed properties fall into: it rehashes material from the show in a vain effort to attract new readers.
Angel: The Curse #1 lacked all the character depth and complexity that made the television series such an amazing work of fiction.

Soundtrack Review: Angel: Live Fast, Die Never
After a long wait, fans of the Angel television series finally get a soundtrack featuring the music from all five seasons of the show.
The soundtrack is given an epic feel with its strong brass and strings led cues and its use of choral voices, which is rather fitting for a series which dealt with the fight against evil and preventing the frequent comings of the apocalypse.
The cue conveys the sadness in the scene where Angel secretly observes his son starting his new life with his new family at the expense of forgetting who he really is.

C.A. Rejects Robert Wagner’s Bid for Share of ‘Charlie’s Angel’s’ Profits
If ABC agreed to produce a series pilot based on one of those ideas, Wagner and Wood were to receive one-half the net profits derived from the “exploitation of all ancillary, music and subsidiary rights...in connection with” the “right to exhibit photoplays of the series.”
One of the concepts was for a series called “Harry’s Angels,” later renamed “Charlie’s Angels.” The series ran for five years.
But because Columbia’s predecessor’s contract with the writers was completely independent of the company’s negotiations with their heirs—who could have sold the film rights to anyone—more than a decade later, the film rights were not ancillary to the television series, the justice wrote.

Angel (co-created by Buffy mastermind Joss Whedon) finds the titular vampire (David Boreanaz) as a kind of supernatural private investigator, fighting evil one case at a time and, like his ex-girlfriend, keeping the world from getting destroyed by vengeful demons and such.
The basic premise is that Angel, the Gypsy-cursed vampire with a soul, relocates to Los Angeles to escape the memory of ex-girlfriend Buffy, and to "fight the good fight" against vampires, demons, and the forces of darkness.
Angel, Cordelia, and Doyle are a lovable cast, but--as those familiar with the mind of co-creator Joss Whedon know--things change.

Touched in the Head by a TV Angel
Gullibility is born of desire, and "Touched by an Angel" tells so many viewers exactly what they yearn to believe: Angels roam the earth intervening in the lives of people in crisis.
"Touched by an Angel" chronicles the interventions of three angels: one beautiful young female, Monica, played by Romy Downey, an apprentice angel; she reports to Tess, played with savvy maternalism by 60-something Della Reese; they are accompanied by a benign young male angel of death, Andrew, played by the eponymous John Dye.
If "Touched by an Angel" offers us an idealized vision of the universe, governed by a God who understands and forgives everything and believes in second chances, it also offers us an idealized vision of ourselves and our society.

Finally--not that this is really a complaint considering the quality of the game--Dark Angel can be finished at the default difficulty setting in just an evening of play.
All in all, the development of this game probably should have been cancelled at the same time as the television series upon which it was based.

Dark Angel episode's $3 million budget is roughly equivalent to a month's catering bill on the typical Cameron cinema epic, so it should be interesting to see how he copes with the financial and temporal pressures of working in television.
Dark Angel is of some importance to pop culture retailers because the property has already demonstrated some licensing potential by spawning a series of action figures from Art Asylum (see "Art Asylum Goes Major") and trading cards from Topps.
Dark Angel has some additional licensing possibilities if the TV series can stay on the air (or at least retire gracefully to a second, lower-budget life on a cable network).
