		The knife was stuck in Shoma's head as he was taken unconscious to a hospital where he died, said a spokesperson for the Aichi Police Department.
		The assailant also slashed the face of Shoma's three-year-old sister while their mother was briefly away from them in the sprawling store, police said.

	Symposium \| Concerts & Events \| Anjo Gakuen High School Wind Orchestra
		This summer the Anjo Gakuen High School Wind Orchestra will travel from the Aichi prefecture (an area about two hours from Toyko), Japan to Normal, Illinois for the final concert performance of the Bands of America Summer Symposium and 2006 NBA Biennial National Convention.
		The Anjo Gakuen Wind Orchestra consists of 111 members which include 39 sophomores, 39 juniors and 33 seniors.
		He accepted the position of music teacher at Anjo Gakuen High School in 1966, and became director of its Wind Orchestra in 1968.
