The Chambers Dictionary defines antitheism in three different ways: "doctrine antagonistic to theism; denial of the existence of a God; opposition to God." The first is closest to Hitchens' usage, which seems to be a generally anti-religious belief rather than an exclusively opposition to belief in deities.
Earlier definitions of antitheism include that of the French Catholic philosopher Jacques Maritain (1953), for whom it is "an active struggle against everything that reminds us of God" (p.104), and that of Robert Flint (1877), Professor of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh.

Antitheism - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
Antitheism is the sister religion of Atheism that came into being at around 42 BC.
Antithe is generally veiwed as being much sluttier and loose than her sister and is believed to often indulge in alchohol and drugs.
Antitheists believe that Antithe created the universe when she was high, thus explaining some of the crazier laws of physics like String Theory.

 Antitheism Information
The word has had a range of applications; in secular contexts, it typically refers to direct opposition to belief in any deity, while in theistic ones, it sometimes refers to opposition to the actual entity God.
The concept allows a useful distinction to be made between the mere philosophical rejection of theism, atheism, and a position of antipathy or opposition towards such beliefs.
However, Hitchens' use of the word seems to be as general anti-religious belief rather than exclusively as opposition to belief in deities.

In modern times, atheism continues to be conflated with such beliefs as communism, nihilism, irreligion, and antitheism.
Antitheism typically refers to a direct opposition to theism; however, antitheism is also sometimes used, particularly in religious contexts, to refer to opposition to God or divinity, rather than to the belief in God.

In his article, he imagines what arguments for the existence of an evil God would look like: "Antitheists, like theists, would have believed in an omnipotent, omniscient, eternal creator; but whereas theists in fact believe that the supreme being is also perfectly good, antitheists would have believed that he was perfectly evil.

I’m using antitheism as an alternate term for fundamentalist atheism, which is obviously intended to mean something distinct from atheism in general.
Antitheism - given that "anti-" means "opposition to" - is opposition to theism.
And stating that mysticism is not a subset of theism hardly contradicts the fact that theism is subset of mysticism.

Antitheism is not even mentioned in philosophical dictionaries or philosophical encyclopedias.
"Antitheism is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as "One opposed to belief in the existence of a God." The earliest citation given for this meaning is from 1833.
What the Oxford definition may fail to make clear is that an antitheist is categorically opposed to belief in the existence of any god or gods, and not merely one in particular.

And it is nonsense - certainly for those of us that actually read his writings - to assert that Dawkins supposed "militant antitheism" is "faith-based" as he provides mountains of reasons for why any rational person should shun the dogma's of theism.
And one could hardly be serious in citing N Korea as being typical or representative of the secular state.
Dawkins has not been labeled a "fundamentalist" for no reason:his miltant antitheism is as doctrinaire and faith-based as that of any other type of irrationality.

 Atheism
Some formal religious beliefs, such as several forms of Buddhism, have been described as atheistic due to their lack of any participating deities, these beliefs are not generally identified as such by adherents.
Atheism is also sometimes erroneously equated with antitheism (opposition to theism) or antireligion (opposition to religion), despite many atheists not holding such views.
For Smith, explicit atheism is subdivided further according to whether or not the rejection is made on rational grounds.

We are not here out of hate for theists, we're here to help save them from their own irrationality.
But what antitheism is not is an opposition of a living being, known to some (erroneously) as God, but rather the idea of theistic belief.
Interestingly enough, and much to the chagrin of Theists, all children are, by definition, born atheist.

We find that there is no more fundamental difference between theism and antitheism than on the matter of predication.
Theism holds that all predication presupposes the existence of God as a self-conscious being, while antitheism holds that predication is possible without any reference to God.

It occurs and can occur only where belief is or has been.
