	Antoni Zygmund - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		December 25, 1900 in Warsaw - May 30, 1992 in Chicago) was a Polish mathematician, who exerted a major influence on 20th-century mathematics.
		Zygmund was professor at the University of Wilno from 1930 until 1939.
		During the occupation of Poland (Second World War), he emigrated to USA in 1940 and became professor at the Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley.
