Antony won the prestigious accolade Meilleur Ouvrier de Grande Bretagne (MOGB) — the chef’s Oscar — which is the Academy of Culinary Arts competition; only seven chefs in the UK to have merited the lifelong title so far.

Unfortunately, Antony refused to divulge to us the contents of his secret spice mix, so we suggest you try experimenting with your own variety and see what you can come up with.
I also agree that this recipe should be removed, I think AWT should offer a substitute seasoning as we can get 100's of burger recipes on the internet which all taste the same, sadly his recipe is no different to any on the others, I should know I have tried them.
AWT if your burgers are diffrent then we need proof and not a load of hot air.
