The Transport Department (TD) today (May 15) announces that two sections of roads in Sham Shui Po will be closed to traffic daily from 12 noon to 9 pm from Friday (May 17) when a new trial pedestrian scheme starts.
During the pedestrian period, motorists on Yen Chow Street southbound heading for Yu Chau Street westbound are advised to travel via Ki Lung Street and Pei Ho Street.
Meanwhile, the pedestrian scheme at Fuk Wa Street, Apliu Street and Pei Ho Street introduced since October 2001 will become a permanent one on May 17 following a period of successful trial.

I am from HK too, I tried finding equipment here (camera and projector) but no luck, the only time I ever found anything related to 8mm was once in Shamshuipo Apliu street, the street vendor had 3 different cams, all in poor condition.
I was suprised he had a nizo as well as a Nikon, he was trying to sell them for HK$350 each and you couldn't even see any image in the viewfinder due to the mold and fungus.
The vendor at the middle of the street with all his super 8 cameras are all junk and he charges big bucks for them.
