		I know technology is supposed to be scarce, but c'mon the guy has robots, an automated factory, and huge airships while his subjects (the village folk) look like they're living in medieval times.
		Technology will be there to help the injured, but it can also be expensive, so not all the farm-folk may have the opportunity to use some high-tech gadgets.
