		March 1st is the first time we consider spraying the trunks of stressed trees with one of the insecticides designed to kill borers as they exit the tree or to mate and then enter another that is weak.

	March/April 2005 Conservation Report
		March and April were particularly busy and eventful months for the QAR Conservation team.
		In March we were working on our input to the QAR Interim Report and preparing for the Symposium on April 8th at which research so far on the shipwreck, site and recovered artifacts were presented - including a talk presented by QAR Project Conservator, Sarah Watkins-Kenney on conservation of the artifacts.
		April 26th Cannon 19 and 21 were transported to the Museum.The displays for the cannon are not quite ready so they are in storage at the Repository at Gallant's Channel and will be on display for public viewing soon.

	BTS \| Transportation Services Index (TSI) Rose 0.1 Percent in April from March
		The April level of 111.2 for the combined freight and passenger index was 0.3 percent lower than the April 2005 level, the first decline from April of the previous year since 2002 (Table 4). The April level was 13.2 percent higher than the April level of the base year of 2000 (Table 5).
		The TSI for freight fell 0.5 percent in April from the March level, turning down after a one-month rise (Table 6). The Freight TSI April 2006 level is 1.3 percent lower than the April 2005 level, the first decline from April of the previous year since 2000 (Table 7).
		The TSI for passengers rose 1.2 percent in April from the March level, rising for the second consecutive month (Table 8). The Passenger TSI April 2006 level rose 1.2 percent from the April 2005 level, the third consecutive rise from April of the previous year (Table 9).

	Ink 19 :: April March
		Perhaps it's just that it seems to fit the music better, but "Garden of April," with it's "ye-ye" vocals, and the march "Mon Petit Ami" are the real standouts.
		Often, in reviewing records, "cute" is a criticism, but in the case of April March, it's a grand compliment.
		She has produced an unlikely candidate for one of my favorite records of the year.
