An aprium is a hybridized fruit which incorporates plum and apricot genetics.

We had 2 Apriums and 5 Apricots, and 2 Plucots with 2 Santa Rosa plums in our little orchard on the High Desert of SoCal.
We do not have an Aprium here in Indiana as the frost is to late in the season for the fruit to survive.

I've spray my dormant apricots (3 trees) and aprium with lime-sulphur for the last 2 years and not had any trouble at all.
I haven't tried it on Apriums, but have tried it on my pluots and it only affected very few twigs, which is something good from my point of view as it helped in the thinning of blooms.
I suspect that it will have more adverse effect on Apriums, but, I can't be factually sure unless someone else have really tried it and report it here.

The little labels on the fruit said “Aprium,” which we assumed was just another apricot variety.
Checking online, I find that an Aprium (somehow, “Apriums” just sounds wrong and “Apria” is unlikely) is indeed an apricot/plum ‘interspecies’–from the same company in my home town that developed Pluots.
The Aprium looks like an apricot and tastes like an apricot with an overlay and aftertaste of plum.
