Pacific Coast Aquarium Water Chillers, Aquarium Coolers / Gina's Aquarium Supply
Aquarium water chillers are designed to keep your aquarium cool on those hot summer days, which is often a problem with reef tanks with heavy lighting (or for cool temperate aquariums that require cool temperatures).
For proper sizing you should first determine or estimate the temperature of tank in the worst case situation--such as the hottest days of the year.
Getting an aquarium chiller that is larger than needed will allow you to run the chiller less often, resulting in less noise and longer aquarium chiller life (the chiller will turn off and on automatically as needed).
