	Aramark shareholders to vote on buyout - Boston.com
		Aramark Corp., the nation's largest foodservice company, said Monday it has called a special meeting of shareholders to vote on a proposed $6.3 billion acquisition of the company.
		Aramark shareholders of record as of Nov. 3 will be allowed to vote on the proposal at the Dec. 20 meeting in Philadelphia.
		The company said in August it had agreed to be acquired by an investment group led by its longtime chief executive for $6.3 billion, plus the assumption of about $2 billion in debt.
