Araneae 5 is a big step up from that with XML support, custom highlighter files (defined in XML), and plenty of other new features.
To contrast the two, Araneae is a light-weight editor; I'm pretty sure FP3 will be an all-around editor with more 'stuff'.
Also, it would be nice for the tabs to be at the top (configurable), but this is only personal preference.
