  CNPPID: Cultural Resources Management Plan
Archaeological activities such as sample survey work, subsurface testing, and mitigation (such as data recovery) will be scheduled based on consultations among Central, SHPO, and the principal investigator contracted to develop (and likely to carry out) the plan.
Archaeological items collected during Central's surveys and inventories may be removed from the site for research/education and/or for protection from damage or unauthorized collectors.
Central is planning, as part of its regular maintenance and rehabilitation of facilities, to replace the original hydro turbine runners (water wheels) at its three 1940’s hydro plants.

When I mentioned foreign experts I was not referring to archaeological work, but to my belief that we don't have architects with the sophistication and experience to design appropriate buildings for the two planned cultural centres on the plateau.
Also, the entrance facades to the main gates are vitally important for the overall appearance of the plateau, and we should not be afraid to draw on the necessary expertise.

Odyssey's archaeological team has prepared a report which is currently being finalized for submission to Her Majesty's Government (HMG) pursuant to the Sussex archaeological project plan.
Upon approval of the archaeological report by HMG, the report will be provided to the Spanish government pursuant to the initial diplomatic communication (nota verbal) issued by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on July 28, 2005.
In the meantime, the Company is planning to file legal action against boat operators who have endangered their own vessels, the Company's ship Odyssey Explorer and its crew by violating numerous maritime regulations, failing to provide sufficient operational clearance, failing to respond to radio calls, and engaging in clear violations of International maritime conventions.

During this decade, Morley Williams, a landscape architect from Harvard University, was conducting historical and archaeological research at the plantation and he supervised the initial excavations at the smithy.
The discrepancy in the footprint of the shops on the two plans was probably due to the desire on the part of Samuel Vaughan to render the layout of the plantation in a more regular manner.
A fragment of that extension was found archaeologically and is in line with the original wall and just to the north of the forge base.

In April 2000, as part of a general transfer of the Ontario municipal plan review process from the province to the municipalities, the City of Windsor took its first steps toward assuming responsibility for determining archaeological potential and assigning archaeological conditions to development plans within the municipality.
The primary goal of the master plan was to create a GIS-based, user-friendly planning tool which would enable municipal planners to undertake initial screening of development proposals and identify areas for which an archaeological assessment would be required.
Key to preparation of the master plan was the development of an archaeological potential model which recognized the specific cultural, environmental and topographical factors which influenced human land use and settlement patterns over the past 10,000 years in the Windsor area.

An "archaeological investigation" may be required as a condition of planning approval for major developments that lie within the area of high archaeological potential as depicted in yellow on the Archaeological Potential Map.
Whether a proposed development will be subject of an archaeological investigation will depend on factors such as the size of the development, whether the site has been previously disturbed, and whether it lies in an area of special interest (waterfront, native village, etc.).
