The Archbishop of Wales alludes to the Lambeth Commission in his Presidential Address to the Governing Council of the Church in Wales.
I am somewhat alarmed that the Archbishop of Wales uses a Hooker quote that could be a hoax.
By the way the Archbishop’s version of the quote is the same as the varient used by the bishop of North Carolina in his diocesan convention address earlier this year.
