The yard of two story buildings with two courts stands on the place later Gothic building and early Renaissance palace of bishop Stanislav Thurza from 16th century.
The building was rebuilt by Filibert Luchese and Giovanni Pietr Tencally in early Baroque style after fire of palace in 1661.
It is the largest palace of the former settlement around the castle.
