Archibald Franklin "Archie" Williams (May 1, 1915 – June 24, 1993) was an American athlete and teacher, winner of 400 m run at the 1936 Summer Olympics.
During World War II, Williams was a pilot in the Air Force and retired from the military 22 years later as a lieutenant colonel.
Archie Williams was a teacher for 21 years until his retirement at age 72 in Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo.

Williams, 58, and Schaffer, 50, were originally charged with 15 felony charges of providing Espy with $12,000 in gratuities, such as tickets to a presidential inaugural dinner, and then lying about it to investigators.
