		After signing up for Cingular service, I noticed that I wasn't getting caller ID. Apparently, the 804 area code represents such a small part of the Balt-Wash market Cingular has elected not to make the necessary upgrades...
		The problem is that the Cingular license serves an insignificant area code 804 popluation, in terms of market, and apparently there is no economic incentive to make upgrades...
