		Starting January 5, 2002 customers in the 847 and 224 area codes will be required to dial 11 digits (1 + area code + 7-digit phone number) to complete all calls, both local and long distance.
		Since the ICC has extended the number pooling trial from the 847 area code to the other Chicago area codes, the start dates of the new overlays are still to be determined.
