	Portsmouth Herald Mass News: Amesbury man pleads guilty to defrauding government of millions
		Paul R. Arguin, 40, pleaded guilty Thursday before U.S. District Judge Patti B. Saris to 24 charges, including one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, 17 counts of wire fraud, one count of theft of public property, one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, and four counts of witness tampering.
		Arguin used his position to have government contractors make purchases from Greenleaf Technology Associates Inc., a company owned by his wife, Lisa Arguin, which did no legitimate business and operated out of their home, prosecutors said.
		Arguin faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the theft of public property and witness tampering charges.
