	ARGYBARGY
		In the opening “Pulling Mussels (From A Shell)” and “Another Nail In My Heart,” songwriters Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook distance themselves by a length from the also-rans of new English pop much as Elvis Costello had done with Armed Forces.
		And yet much of Argybargy feels unfinished compared to the lush (and frankly far superior) East Side Story.
		It’s not all mussels, but Argybargy is still a remarkably strong pop record.
