		Take advantage of all the ideas provided in the ARISE manuals, such as brainstorming, mapping, also make sure you are coming up with open ended questions this opens the floor up for discussion.
		The other thing you mentioned about the off the wall comment, after I attended the ARISE training the trainer suggested that when faced with something like this you should re-direct the comment or question towards the group/class, so all the pressure is not only on you.
