		Abstract: The ARKTOS (Advanced Reasoning using Knowledge for Typing of Sea Ice) system is a sea ice classification system that incorporates image processing and Artificial Intelligence (Al) to analyze RADARSAT Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images.
