Armscor is made in the Phillipines IIRC and it's pretty cheap ammo (think less than blazer cheap).
Armscor headstamp is "ACP" plus the caliber and year it was made.
Armscor cases are readily available here in the Philippines and i'm sure there are no problems with loading 45 as well.
