I loved Cissie in YJ, but there are enough archers as it is, bring back another one and DC is going to start killing them off for sure and I don't want any of them to be eliminated.
If they bring her back, have it be as a civilian visiting friends instead of as Arrowette.
And that issue would be a perfect place to see Arrowette, as well as some other peripheral characters who haven't had screen time lately.

Maybe they figured she doesn't look so bad, next to Arrowette, in her little cheerleader skirt.
