Artashes had the approval and acknowledgement of the Romans for, having defeated Antiochus at Magnesia in 190, they were interested in having the Armenian sovereign as an ally.
According to Strabo (XI, XIV, 15), it was during the reign of Artashes that Armenian became the common language throughout the country.
One of Artashes' most important accomplishments was the construction of the new capital, Artashat (Artaxata), not very far from the present capital of Armenia, Yerevan, which is to the south, at the entrance to the plainlands of the River Araxes, at a point where the watercourse forms a near peninsula.

Artavazd I (160 - 115 B.C.) and Tigran I (115 - 95 B.C.), the successors of Artashes, were both subject to Parthian domination, forced to pay tribute and send royal family members as hostages to the Parthian capital at Ctesiphon.
Artavazd's son, Artashes II, enlisted the aid of the Parthians and regained his country in 30 B.C. For the next several years rulers of the Artashesian dynasty continued to direct Armenia's loyalty back and forth between Rome and Parthia.

During the last elections people were saying that Artashes Geghamyan and Stepan Demirchyan had an opportunity to change the situation but they did not.
It is terrible when hearing that Artashes Geghamyan hired Levon Abrahamyan to kill Serg Sargsyan or hired Biting Misha to kill Gagik Carukyan..
The European monitoring Commission analyzed the TV appearances of the opposition on TV and came to the conclusion that Artashes Geghamyan was deprived of the right to appear on TV.

Artashes suggestions are good if you are distributing a product as shareware, but it doesn't sound like that's what you are doing.
Yahoo gives you the opportunity to control who joins the group and you can set it so members can only download.

I agree, but the reason why the dot-com is only going after yahoo is because we are enabling them too.
I think what we have learned in the past year is that more than a catchy name and more than a ton of funding for a good idea, you need to provide a good service to really be profitable and a good business!
