Artificial script - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
An artificial or constructed script (also conscript or neography) is a new writing system specifically created by an individual or group, rather than having evolved as part of a language or culture like a natural script.
Some, like Cherokee, N'Ko, the Fraser alphabet, and the Pollard script, were invented to allow certain spoken natural languages that did not already have writing systems to be written.
While traditional scripts, such as the Chinese, runes, the Arabic script, are not commonly labeled as conscripts or constructed writing systems, they too have had one or more creators.

Tengwar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Tengwar are an artificial script which was invented by J.
In his works, the Tengwar script, supposedly invented by Fëanor, was used to write a number of the languages of Middle-earth, including Quenya and Sindarin.
The sarati, described in Parma Eldalamberon 13, a script developed by J. Tolkien in the late 1910s, anticipates many features of the tengwar, especially the vowel representation by diacritics (which is found in many tengwar varieties), different tengwar shapes and a few correspondences between sound features and letter shape features (though inconsistent).

It would seem, then, that the fact that one is created, or artificial, is in no way relevant to one’s moral standing.
And this is where one of the primary issues raised by the possibility of artificial intelligence becomes important to the question at hand.

Despite the fact that the authorities, social and political formations, and the whole generations of Georgian politicians were changing, the intentions of the latter of incorporation of Abkhazia were never put aside, but, on the contrary, became even stronger.
Two ways were chosen for complete absorption of Abkhazia into Georgia: the first, a peaceful way: the mechanical growth of the Georgian population in Abkhazia and artificial assimilation of Abkhazians, and the second, military way, produced by aggressive nationalism: the occupation of the country, the extermination of the indigenous people.
The main obstacle for the Georgian colonizers towards achieving their aims were those Abkhazians who remained on their Homeland after the deportation, so all the efforts were directed against them.
