  Blinx 2: Masters of Time & Space - Xbox Review
Artoon now has a second chance to prove itself and it has taken care of all the little mistakes that were bashed with Blinx: The Time Sweeper.
Artoon clearly is latching on to Blinx 2 to be a success so it can make a name for itself.
Artoon did a nice job with the audio though it can be on the generic and bland side at times.

Artoon showed us a scene where a submarine emerges from the water and shoots dozens of rounds at Blinx.
Artoon has streamlined the game's production in many ways too, so that players will only experience the single load time prior to a level, and then in game itself, they won't experience any others.

Artoon's Takuya Matsumoto is working as the director on Blue Dragon, while Manabu Kusunoki is creating concept art.
Prior to joining Artoon, Matsumoto worked as a programmer for Sega and was involved in a number of titles such as the Sega Saturn games NiGHTS Into Dreams and Burning Rangers.
I think Artoon sucks as well, but given the right direction from Mistwalker it might be OK. I also really like the sound of that Shadow system.

Japanese developer, Artoon, is bringing the much hyped, Blinx: The Time Sweeper, possibly creating the next-gen platformer worthy of the Xbox.
Artoon was established in 1999 by Yoji Ishii and Naoto Ohshima, creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, and also contributed on other Sega hits, such as Nights and Burning Rangers.
The team at Artoon is utilizing the hardware of the Xbox, not just graphically, but most importantly by using the built in hard drive to capture a period of time during gameplay.

Heh, I don't think Artoon's work is guaranteed to be horrible, although I know everyone seems to hate good ol' Blinx.
I still find it hard to imagine that Nintendo would give Artoon another Yoshi game after Topsy Turvy but then again TT was rather unconventional so there is no reason to get all too upset over this news.
Yeah it's being developed by Artoon, but it's the same situation where OoS and OoA were better than what they could have been thanks to the excellent gameplay system they built up from.

Blinx 1 wasn't as successful as Microsoft thought it would be but held some promise, which we will hopefully see more fleshed out in Blinx 2.
