Although the place of the Ascension is not distinctly stated, it would appear from the Acts that it was Mount Olivet since after the Ascension the disciples are described as returning to Jerusalem from the mount that is called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, within a Sabbath day's journey.
Ascension Day is always Thursday (the fortieth day from Easter); in some churches (especially in the United States) it is commemorated on the subsequent Sunday (the Sunday before Pentecost).
The three days before Ascension Thursday are sometimes referred to as the Rogation days (and the previous Sunday, the Fifth Sunday after Easter, as Rogation Sunday).

However, in my Archdiocese Ascension is moved to Sunday but the Indult Parish using the old calendar is bound to celebrate the 7th Sunday of Eastertime.
But, since there is no Indult Mass for Ascension Thursday and if I go to a Normative Mass on that Thursday it is only Thursday of the 6th Week of Eastertime then how am I to follow my obligation.
If it was still on Thursday and the indult parish offered no weekday masses, you would, of course, still have been expected to attend a Novus Ordo mass that thursday.
