		There is no arc, the aschen had absolutely no reason to suspect the humans were being deceitful until they actually declared it and to me the ashen appeared to think that humans were as dim as a broken lightbulb, they got away with it once.

		Personally, I think the Aschen are one of the most annoying races we've encountered on Stargate and I don't really enjoy them as "bad guys".
		If the Aschen did in fact defeat the Goa'uld as was said in 2010, then they had to have defeated Anubis.
		The Aschen weren't advanced enough to figure out different gate addresses, they didn't have the technology to walk through our iris, if the fl hole really got them (as we have not heard from them) they weren't smart enough to disengage while us lowly humans were.

		The Aschen are a powefull human race able to turn planets into stars, the SGC made first contact with them recently to form a new alliance against the Gou'uld.
		Although powerfull the Aschen only had gate co-ordinates to a few worlds, the alliance with Earth would also include gate addresses.
		The Aschen though are molevelant race who occupy worlds not by force but by subdefuge; they gain the trust of worlds and give them medicine to wipe out disease and hunger but prolonged use to the drug makes the Humans taking it sterile, slowly reducing the population growth of the planet.
