		By the way, posters, I happen to know that Ashcroft is either Barbara or Christopher Roden, who run the Ash-Tree Press, which specializes in classic ghost stories and supernatural fiction.
		I know it's only out in the British and Canadian versions so far, but for reasons to do with the design, the British is the one most worth reading.
		I don't know of any way to order British books except through amazon.uk, through friends visiting the country, or directly from the publishers.
