In February I was lucky enough to be one of the Australian Greens delegates to the Asia-Pacific Network meeting in Kyoto, Japan at which the Network was formally launched.
Marg Blakers who played such a critical role in organising the Global Greens conference in Canberra in 2001 again played a critical role in facilitating this network - work that was appreciated by all delegates and was recognized when she was elected as a regional representative to the Global Greens Co-ordinating Group.
