 | | The East Asian Studies option centers on China, Japan, and Korea and the languages, histories, literatures, cultures, art, and religions of that particular region. |
 | | The East Asian Studies option is grounded in courses on China, Japan, and Korea and is supplemented by comparative course work on other Asian societies (including Asian Americans). |
 | | Students who choose the East Asian Studies option are required to focus primarily on China, Japan, and Korea and are strongly encouraged to choose a disciplinary focus in either Art History, History, Comparative Literature and Foreign Languages, or Religious Studies. |
