 | | ATENEO de Naga University President Joel Tabora, S.J. and six of his employees, namely: Liwayway de los Trino, Gregorio R. Abonal, Jovi de los Trino, Fe Tapia, Freddie Pandes, and Richard Galicia, are on the hot spot as Mansueto S.J. Saez filed a criminal complaint against them before the City Prosecutor’s Office last July 16. |
 | | The respondents were cited for violation of Republic Act 7610, otherwise known as the “Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act,” in connection with their treatment of Saez’s son, a minor, and a bonafide student of said university in Naga City. |
 | | The case resulted according to Saez from the “public interrogation my son and his fellow students who were badgered, intimidated and asked personal and very compromising questions,” on the obscenities the students experienced during the initiation rites of the Gryphon organization which was unrecognized by the said school. |
