		Chad is at least 2 light years ahead of me in the HA universe, so I'm not certain that my musings will be either pertinent or cogent, but WTH here goes anyway.
		A "correct me if I'm wrong" interrupt would be needed (as Chad suggests) and this could be done by having the program actually ask the user if they want the pattern set that way.

		That is a good Hint to tell you that your os still thinks your other card is in too, and to fix it you need to put the old card back in and then uninstall from device manager in safe mode

		My 8500 ran for weeks playing games, running seti, browsing the net etc without a reboot, which is why I decided to get a 9700...
		I did get one random reboot while overclocking the mem on my Radeon, had it at 350, but I need a side fan to at least cool it a bit, maybe some ramsinks.
		Chad maybe try reseting the CMOS on ur mobo, then test on default mobo settings then change to ur own bios settings, maybe u changed a setting that it dont like by mistake?
