Passenger Opinions about Atlanta Hartsfield Airport
Atlanta airport is a easy airport to navigate, all international arrivals arrive at concourse E. I was in the immigration line for only about 25 minutes, but non-US citizens always have an 45 minute to hour wait.
Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson is one of those airports that suffers in the extreme from having been designed to reflect pre-9/11 security standards.
Granted, most of this is the fault of Atlanta's TSA officers, who obviously need to be called to order, but the Atlanta airport authority also needs to make a greater effort to organize the movement of passengers through the airport more efficiently and to add more check points, if necessary.
