Australian Aborigine - Hutchinson encyclopedia article about Australian Aborigine
The Australian Aborigines have a rich oral tradition of legends, songs, rituals, and bark and cave paintings concerned with their Dreamtime, a primeval era when humans were first on Earth.
The Australian parliament, in August 1999, passed a declaration of deep and sincere regret for past injustices to the Aborigines.
However, in April 2000 Aboriginal leaders expressed outrage and threatened to disrupt the Sydney Olympic Games after a report by the Australian government was leaked which denied the practice of taking indigenous children forcibly from their families.

In this case the effect of the clause is not to seek to bind an employer as a party respondent to an agreement or award.
The TWU and AaE are attempting to set the pay rate of an employee of a labour hire agency who is not covered by the agreement.
It follows that it is improper for AaE and the TWU through their bargaining and agreement activities to impose workplace relations obligations on third parties that are unrepresented in the bargaining process.

If you have to transport a computer around Australia, whatever you do, do not use Australian air Express: I've moved around Australia a fair bit in the last two years, lugging my laptop and desktop (and heaps of other crap) around with me as I move from locale to locale.
This time, using Australian air Express, my monitor has yet to arrive and my desktop arrived late and smashed to smithereens - the insides at least.
Now, have to figure out, with Australian air Express where my bloody (and probably bashed senseless) monitor is whilst at the same time arranging a monitor so I can undertake the work that needs to be undertaken to pay one's bills.

Air New Zealand almost collapsed in late 2001 under the weight of Ansett Airlines, given that the latter had been starved of capital for many years and was in need of fleet upgrades, and the like to stay in favour with demanding air travellers.
Much of Air New Zealand's earlier revenue and profit was earned crossing the Tasman (between Australia and New Zealand), and without a local connecting carrier in Australia, Air New Zealand (and other Star Alliance network members) are unable to allow their frequent flyer members to gain points within Australia.
