It featured a uniquely Australian mix of scandal, sensationalism, human-interest stories, fashion, politics, culture and entertainment, with a focus on Australians and pages of Aussie jokes and cartoons and was available from newsagents.
The five 10”  jazz LPs and six 7” extended play gospel recordings were not available from any other source, came in plain white cardboard covers and were only available by mail order from the PIX magazine.
