Autostadt in Volkwagens home town of Wolfsburg is an event and delivery center.
Below are some of the pictures I took, and excerpts from a 27-page essay I wrote on the experience of Autostadt and the relationships between architecture and automobiles (translated from Swedish).
The architecture as such was not a very prominent part of the experience except in the spiral room, instead it was the contents of the building in the form of cars, props and environments that gave permanent impressions.
