Most of the balco steroid world (I would judge) would see as trivial some of the things that are listed, and see as significant some of the things that are left out.
This is fine, but it will be very firmly lodged in the memories of 50 million or so British people and would appear to them as a balco steroid glaring omission.
I tagged Syngman Rhee because it was self-contradictory, owing to a previous edit war that I had nothing to do with; and then, when no one else volunteered to fix it, I did so myself, with some investment of time.

I hadn't heard of that in any BALCO context, and it seems strange that a sprinter would be taking a drug that's supposed to help endurance athletes.
