That was my first flight with BMIBaby as all previous flights on this route have been with KLM where the cost is more than 3 times the Baby fare.
Having used bmibaby for the first and hopefully the last time on June 22nd I can only say the delay of 5 hours and 25minutes was bad enough but there were no staff available to advise, put at ease or just give feed back, talk about lack of interest.
Jersey airport was a pleasant contrast to the hustle and bustle of Manchester.
