 Consumer complaints about BMW 740 Cell Phone
After many phone calls it turns out that BMW and Motorola made a phone switch and I recievd one of the last cars with the old phone harness but there are no longer any old phone available and I would have to wait for the new wire harness.
I have contacted BMW's Custoer Service Hotline, I called the BMW headquarters and spoke to several people, I even asked to speak to the President and CEO who as you can quess was not available.
After calling BMW's customer service they have told me that the phone I have is no longer supported and they would have to re-wire the car to support a new phone all at my cost.
