To recover on a tortious interference with a contract claim under Kansas law, a plaintiff must prove (1) the existence of a contract; (2) Bottling Group's knowledge thereof; (3) its intentional procurement of a breach; (4) the absence of justification; and (5) damages resulting therefrom.
