	BPSK Basics
		In BPSK modulation, the phase of the RF carrier is shifted 180 degrees in accordance with a digital bit stream.
		The 180-degree phase shift modulation is achieved by feeding the BPSK output of the computer or the VE2IQ keyer to one input of an exclusive-or gate, and the RF signal from the exciter to the other input.
		The BPSK output appears on the request-to-send (RTS) line, which is pin 4 on a DB-25 connector or pin 7 on a DB-9 connector.

	BPSK modulator
		The circuits are designed for 10bits/sec for use with "Wolf" or "Coherent", and use a logic level phase keying signal available from COM port, EPROM keyer etc. Either modulator also requires a 137kHz carrier from an external source.
		Both leading and trailing edges are now delayed by the same amount, so the output is a square wave whose phase difference with the carrier is proportional to the modulating signal voltage.
		The BPSK modulator and shaping circuit require no adjustment, but the variable phase modulator input pot should be adjusted using an oscilloscope to get an exact 180degree shift at the output between logic 0 and logic 1 inputs.

		BPSK with shifts other than +/-90 degrees can be generated either by direct phase modulation by the appropriate amount, or by combining a suppressed-carrier BPSK signal with a carrier in quadrature and at the appropriate amplitude.
		In BPSK, the signal for a one bit is a function we'll call A(t), which is simply +1 for the bit interval from 0 to 1.
		That a BPSK correlator looking for a "one" responds to an incoming "zero" (and vice versa) with equal amplitude but opposite polarity follows from the fact that BPSK is an "antipodal" signalling scheme.
