Active-duty enlisted and officer selection board results are now being distributed through "BUPERS Access" 48 hours before being released to the fleet by message.
Distribution is limited to flag officers, commanding officers, officers-in-charge and command master chiefs (enlisted boards only) for their respective unit identification codes (UICs).
Commands are strongly encouraged to establish and test accounts for all UICs as soon as possible to beat the last minute rush, and avoid difficulties during the upcoming pre-release results.
