The movie opens with a sad scene where Babe (voiced by Christine Cavanaugh) is born and the mother is taken away, to be killed.
Babe is the only "babe" that cares that his mother is being taken away.
Babe is rated G. There is nothing offensive in the movie, except for maybe the sadness of Babe losing his mother, and Maa being killed.

Fly encourages Babe to learn to herd the sheep while her mate, Rex, is adamantly opposed to a pig taking on the age-old duties of dogs.
Babe however, has great success since he can politely communicate with the sheep instead of bullying them, as is Rex's style.
In an early scene in the film when Babe is selected to be the piglet used in a contest at the Fair, we see the baby pig lifted up into the air by his hind legs, a common way farmers handle piglets.

When I saw this GREAT movie I was shocked, director use dark and cruel ways to describe the story and showed us how cruel the world and some people are, but there are still some warm events happened between one person(or animal)and another.The movie was getting brighter and warmer.
A lot of people don't like this movie because they took their children to see it and they were scared or they expected to see another Babe part 1.
I was extremely impressed by the first Babe movie, but this one is on a much larger scale with a delightful increase in animal characters, and the animal characters are very, VERY convincing.
