The atmosphere of the country gets student-like in the mid-Azar but this year due to the pollution of the capital, the crash of the airplane carrying many media people those with natural relations with people and the students and the absence of authorities at the universities, this atmosphere was different.
Although some of the artist students complained before the session that one of the authorities of Babol had banned the announced concert to be performed at the ceremony but there was a short live performance of traditional music by some well-talented students that was so melodious.
We also remembered last year's presence of Mr Khatami's at the ceremony and the bitter attacks on him that in my opinion was an honor both to him and to the university.

The aim of the present study was to determine the frequency of chronic active hepatitis in asymptomatic HBV carriers in Babol, northern Iran.
This study was performed in 410 HBV carriers older than 15 years who were diagnosed by positive serum hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) from January 1998 to September 2000.
Because most HBV carriers are asymptomatic, this study was performed to evaluate the frequency of CAH in asymptomatic HBV carriers among blood donors in Iran.
