		She forgot about the Virgin because, as she says, she is not drawn to "Apo Piat", but to the other titles of the Virgin as a needy adult.
		Bacarra is a few kilometers north of Laoag where I grew up, so this bit of story excited me. I sat enthralled as Guia told me: "We gazed at her peaceful face, when we were able to sneak in when the door was left open."
